What we collect
We collect the project description you enter and, if you ask for a proposal, one contact email address. You can review and edit your brief before submitting it. If you choose optional chat in an enabled environment, we also store the messages you send.
How we use it
We use your description, brief, and contact email to understand your request, review it as a team, and follow up about possible next steps. The manual request path does not send your description to an AI provider.
How long we keep it
An unfinished anonymous draft expires after 24 hours. The approved retention period for submitted descriptions, chat messages if enabled, and one contact email is 12 months unless you become a client. This local prototype does not yet run automated retention deletion. Client records require a separate policy before launch.
Before public launch
This is a local prototype. The operator policy for deletion from backups and for the transition to client records must be completed before public launch. If optional AI chat is introduced, we will explain provider processing before enabling it.
